Modern Mediterranean cuisine with delicate flavors, intentional blends, and thoughtful combinations. These menus came to be through generations of passed down recipes, and the timeless philosophy of good food, good wine, and good company. Every dish has a story, every ingredient, a memory. Inspired by Lebanon, where the food culture is a historically cured blend of Ottoman empire, Levantine, French and nomadic tastes.
